Spicy butternut squash and tomato soup

Perfect as a winter warmer :)
Makes 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 roasted butternut squash, peeled
1 tin tomatoes
1/2 crumbled stock cube
1 tsp chili flakes
1 handful fresh basil & oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup boiled water
Crusty wholegrain rolls to serve
Method:
1.Blend all the ingredients apart from the water in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
2. Heat up gently and add water as needed to reach desired consistency
3. Serve up with some crusty rolls or bread and enjoy! Cassidy xx
