Ultimate Cheesy Broccoli Pasta (Vegetarian)

This pasta is really great comfort food, perfect for those cold winter days. Recipe should serve 3-4 people.
Ingredients:
3 cups milk
300g wholegrain pasta
1/2 head broccoli, in florrets
15g blue cheese
20g extra mature cheddar
Salt & pepper, to taste
1tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Method:
1. Bring the milk to a boil, then add in the pasta, paprika, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
2. Boil for 8 minutes before adding in the broccoli and cooking for a few more minutes.
3. Remove from the heat, stir in the cheese and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes.
