Italian pasta with peas (Vegetarian)

You may have noticed a theme of Italy throughout my blog, Italy is my favourite place, I love it there and I love the food. This is a great meal which is super healthy and ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients: 

Pasta
Stock cube
1 tsp chilli
2 eggs
1/2 cup peas
20g cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste


Method:

1. Being half a medium pan of water to the boil and add in the pasta, stock and chilli and cook for 10 minutes, all the water needs to absorb but you can add more water if you need to.
2. Lower the heat and stir in the eggs and peas, cook for 2 minutes.
3. Serve up, sprinkle with cheese, salt & pepper and enjoy! Cassidy xx
