PB and banana Ice Cream (Vegetarian)

This combination of ingredients is super tasty and with no added sugar! I used an ice cream maker but you could freeze gently, stirring every 30 minutes.
I used soy cream as it is better for you but you could change up some ingredients to make it completely vegan.

3 bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 small pot soy cream
300ml yogurt
100ml milk


1. 24 hours before making the ice cream, place the maker in the freezer.
2.Blend up the milk, bananas, honey and pb to make a to make a thick mixture.
2. Pour in the cream and milk and mix together.
3. Turn on the ice cream maker and pour in the mixture.
4. Churn for 30 minutes.
5. Enjoy some now and put the rest in sealed containers and freeze for later. Cassidy xx
