The secret to health is natural food. The best rule to stick with is that if you must buy something out of a packet make sure it has a maximum of 5 ingredients, this way you know exactly what is in your food. By natural foods i mean things like fruit, veg, pulses, lentils, rice and oats. Of course this doesn't mean you can't eat foods like pasta and bread, but ensure they are wholemeal and the bread contains seeds too (extra protein for veggies).

Love is also essential to good health, you must love and accept yourself for others to be able to. So when you're cooking your meals think about that and think about what you want to put into your body. What will make you feel the best about yourself and what do you want to gain from it. So live strong, laugh hard and love like there's no tomorrow. Cassidy xx
